Provide labor, fluids, and materials to conduct the scheduled service for the following intervals. The 250-hour if quoted, the 500-hour, 1,000-hour, and 2,000-hour services.

Perform a machine inspection at each service interval and provide you with a copy.

Replace outer air element at 250-hour if so performed.

Replace outer and inner air element at 500-hour, 1,000-hour, and 2,000-hour service.

Replace fuel filter at each scheduled service interval.

Replace air conditioner filter at 500-hour, 1,000-hour, and 2,000-hour service.

Lubricate machine at each service interval.

Fluid top off, up to one gallon per unscheduled compartment.

Coolant change at each 2,000-hour service interval.

Oil analysis under Komatsu's KOWA (Komatsu Oil and Wear Analysis) program to determine levels of particulates and various metals, so that potential repairs can be identified before they become critical.

Removal and proper disposal of all waste products.

Travel time and mileage within a 50 mile radius of the servicing branch.

Comply with governmental safety regulations and Material Safety Data Sheets.

Carry worker's compensation, general and vehicle liability insurance.
